Durston Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant who values excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

If you are a skilled Property Accountant with 3-5 years of experience, strong accounting and Microsoft Excel skills, and with a drive to continue learning then please contact us today to find out more about this role!

Major responsibilities include:

• Full cycle accounting

• Performs account analysis and reconciliations

• Participates in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting

• Completes month-end reporting and accruals

• Develops financial reports and statements

• Handles other accounting projects as assigned

 

Bonus skills and experience:

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with YARDI software
