Leadership

Alan R. Durston, CSM

Principal, Real Estate Broker

Alan Durston, Principal of Durston Properties brings over 20 years of management and real estate expertise to his clients. He has represented international, national, regional, and local building owners. Alan's focus has always been on providing the highest quality service to clients and tenants.

A former Vice President of one of Canada's largest privately owned property management firms, Alan has a record of adding value to assets over the long term.

Edmonton is Alan's home town, but he has lived in and managed properties in many diverse markets across Canada.

Giving back to the community is important for Alan. He has volunteered as leader for Scouts Canada for over 15 years, helped raised funds for many charity groups like, Youth Empowerment & Support Services (YESS) and Stollery Children's Hospital. He has also served on the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) recruitment board committee.

Alan has a Bachelor of Management degree and is the Broker of Durston Properties.
